PDF Files
The majority of the files contained on this site are in what is called PDF-format. PDF-format can only be read by Adobe Acrobat Reader, which is a completely free piece of software. If you want to download it, you may go to Adobe's website.

ZIP Files
ZIP files are a series of compressed files.  For example, think of a ZIP file as a box.  Inside the box could be one, two, or ten other things (i.e. the files being compressed).  ZIP files are used to transmit large amounts of data in compressed form, so it doesn't take as long.  The most popular form of ZIP is Winzip.  You can download a free trial at download.com.  Simply type in "winzip" in the search box, and follow the instructions.

I am having problems downloading files from your site...
There are three steps to take to fixing this problem:
1) Make sure you have a .pdf viewer if you are attempting to download a document. Everything on here can only be read in adobe acrobat. If you are downloading a .zip file, make sure you have winzip.
2) If you are receiving a "file not found" or "page not found" when downloading, you have found a broken link. Please use our error form and let us know!
3) If the problem does not exist in 1 and 2, chances are the problem might be on your computer. If you are on a network or cable modem, try disabling your firewall for a moment (or ask your system administrator).

There is something wrong with the site...
