This page contains a list of the assets collected by the Receiver and a compilation of the liabilities of the Companies.
Please Note:
THE LIABILITIES: Initially the liabilities, in particular, are likely to be substantially overstated since; 1) many of the claims will contain duplications, 2) many claims will be for excessive amounts, 3) many of the claims will be disputed. The amounts shown here will reflect the amount first claimed by each creditor or as shown on the records of the Companies. eventually the Receiver, with the help of his accountants, will arrive at corrected amounts.
THE ASSETS: Initially the assets will be understated. The reason for this is that the Receiver is collecting the assets, so the amount should be continually increasing. Also, there are likely to be assets that will result from litigation which will require a number for months to complete.
